Questions parents ask
A quick word first: the parsha is the weekly Torah portion read in synagogue.
What can we watch for free?
33 episodes are free to watch, no account needed. Look for the "Free to watch" tag, or see them all on the free episodes page. The games, the parsha pages and trivia are open to everyone too.
What does the family plan add?
All 119 episodes, plus the family features: pick up where you left off, a saved list of favorites, a profile for each child with streaks, badges and a monthly certificate, and trivia points that count toward the family leaderboard.
What are Shabbat Together and Listen & Unwind?
Shabbat Together kits are printable family kits for the Shabbat table: a note for parents, three questions, a short game and a mission for the week. There are 5 kits so far (Abram's Journey, Gratitude, Noah's Ark). Listen & Unwind has 7 original audio stories for bedtime and car rides, about 7 minutes each. One kit and one story are free to try: Patience: Pause, Breathe, Choose and The Missing Game Piece. The next kit comes out on Oct 25.
How much is it?
$52 a month, or $36 a month billed annually ($432/year). One price for the whole family, not per child. (USD).
How many devices and kids can use one account?
Up to 3 devices can be signed in at the same time. If you sign in on another one, we'll ask you to sign out of one of the others first, and you can do that right from the sign-in screen or your account page. You can add up to 6 kid profiles.
How do I cancel?
Go to your account, and under "My plan" press "Cancel subscription." You can also just email us at office.anafeam@gmail.com and we'll do it for you. Your account, your saved list and your kids' profiles stay put, so you can come back anytime.
Are there ads?
No. There are no ads on Anafeam Kids.
What do you know about my kids?
Only what you choose to tell us. A parent opens the account. A kid profile is just a first name or nickname, an avatar and an age range. We never ask for a child's email, photo or birthday. The details are in our privacy policy.
Who makes Anafeam Kids?
Anafeam, a nonprofit in Bnei Brak, Israel. Read more about us.
